Dear PBYFL Families,

Now that the football season is behind us, and the holiday rush is over, the only thing left is the 3rd Annual Wallkill East Rotary Community Pancake Breakfast.  This pancake breakfast is a wonderful opportunity that PBYFL has been involved in.  This is our third year working hand in hand with Pine Bush Relay For Life, Wallkill East Rotary, PBHS Interact Club and the PBHS Summer Academies.  It has been a great experience working with them all.  And it is great to know that all the proceeds from the breakfast go to these 5 organizations right here in our community. 

Please join us for a delicious pancake breakfast on Sunday, January 29^th from 8:00-12:00 at the Pine Bush High School Cafeteria.  If you are unable to attend the breakfast but would still like to support the community and PBYFL, there is also a 50/50 raffle being held.  (Last year the winner won over $800!) 

How to get tickets????

Pancake Breakfast…. You can buy them at the door or you can pre-purchase them through me or Pete Andre.  Just mail me a check and I will send your tickets in the mail or you can pick them up with me at the breakfast.  I’ll be there the whole time with early registration for the PBYFL 2012 season.

50/50 Raffle Tickets….I have tickets.  So, if you are interested, please let me know and I can mail them out to you or put them in the drawing box for you.  Tickets are $2 each.

Even though you can buy tickets at the door, (and we do not keep track of which group sells the most), each organization is given our share of tickets ahead of time to sell.  So, if at all possible, we would appreciate you buying breakfast tickets and/or raffle tickets ahead of time from Pete or myself.  This will let us know how many of our PBYFL family come out.

PBYFL had a wonderful turnout last year.  And with your help, we hope to have a bigger and better one this year.

Finally, local business owners big and small, you can help support the community too.  We are selling advertisement space on the placemats that will be used at the Pancake Breakfast.  Where else can you get several hundred people to see your business card for only $20?  If you don’t have a business and still want to help support the event – you could buy a box on the placemat and write a little note or something.  You can select the form at the bottom of this page.  This will need to be submitted to me by January 14th, so that I can get it to the printer by the 15th.

Again, I would like to thank you for all of your support, not only during the football season but all year.  We are looking forward to hearing from you and seeing you at the pancake breakfast.  Don’t forget; wear your jersey when you come!!  Show that Bushman Pride!!
